Our Vision

More Than a Title.
It’s a Movement.

The Reality

San Antonio’s future relies on the educational success of our youth. But education requires more than books, it requires a healthy foundation.

The Mission

Rey Feo 78 is broadening the scope of the reign to focus on "Wellness for Education." We are partnering with industries, public and private institutions and non-profits to support the whole student: Mind, Body, and Spirit.

The Goal

Last year, the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation received 1,401 applications but could only award scholarships to 246 students — just 1 in 6 applicants. That’s why Rey Feo 78 is committed to close the gap and give more deserving San Antonio students the opportunity to succeed by raising millions of dollars.

Crafting lasting memories

Our Story

Our dedication to this community began during our San Antonio childhoods, inspired by the vibrant traditions of Fiesta and the educational mission of Rey Feo. The same spirit that once captivated us as kids along the parade routes now drives our commitment to honor our heritage, invest in education, and uplift the next generation. We believe that the dreams we inspire in our children today will ultimately become the leaders who serve our community tomorrow.

Her journey reflects the very values that define San Antonio’s spirit: hard work, resilience, and a dedication to lifting others.

Kylie’s passion for medicine began in childhood and has guided her path ever since. She serves her community as a nationally registered EMT with 911 field experience, a CPR instructor for the American Red Cross, and a volunteer at local clinics, where she helps provide compassionate care to underserved families. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to becoming a physician who serves with integrity and empathy. Coming from a proud military family, Kylie also aspires to serve her nation as an emergency medicine physician in the United States Air Force.

Kylie previously represented the city as Miss Fiesta 2025 during Fiesta San Antonio, celebrating the traditions and culture that unite the community. Today, as La Reina de La Feria de Las Flores alongside Rey Feo 78, she proudly continues that legacy through the mission of the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation.

Through this role, Kylie is honored to help advance a mission that transforms lives and raise funds that open doors to higher education for San Antonio students. She hopes her service inspires others to invest in the future of the city’s youth, ensuring that the next generation of scholars, leaders, and innovators can pursue their dreams.

Dr. Tracy Walters-Badillo, DMD

La Reina Linda XIII

Dr. Tracy Walters-Badillo, DMD, is a compassionate and accomplished dentist, as well as the proud owner of La Tooth Doc, an entrepreneur, and a community advocate who is honored to serve as La Reina Linda. Guided by her motto, Per Fidem et Scientiam, meaning Through Faith and Knowledge, she brings to her reign a spirit of service, purpose, and a deep commitment to uplifting others through education and meaningful community service.

Although Dr. Walters-Badillo was born and raised in a small Kentucky town, she came to Texas as soon as she could. She originally planned to be in San Antonio only for her residency, but she quickly fell in love with the city, its culture, and especially her husband, Fernando. What began as a season of training soon became the place where she would build her life, her career, and her calling.

She earned her bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Kentucky, followed by her dental degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. She then completed her postgraduate residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where part of her training included treating trauma and complex cases at University Hospital. That experience further strengthened her commitment to clinical excellence.

Since making San Antonio her home, Dr. Walters-Badillo has become a trusted leader in dentistry and the founder of La Tooth Doc. From the very beginning, her mission has been to treat patients like family while using the latest technology to support both treatment and education. She has distinguished herself through advanced expertise that extends beyond traditional general dentistry, including surgical care, implant dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, and IV conscious sedation, all delivered in a comfortable and serene environment.

Her dedication to wellness has come full circle through her passion for helping patients and their loved ones understand the oral systemic link and the profound effect oral health has on the whole body. She believes that protecting the mouth strengthens the body, builds confidence, and opens the door to a better quality of life. Her work reflects a deep belief in the power of faith, knowledge, discipline, and compassion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

That mission became even more personal after her husband survived a living donor liver transplant just one year ago. Through that difficult season, her passion for health, healing, and wellness grew even stronger and deeper. When she was asked to serve as La Reina Linda alongside Rey Feo Ronnie Suarez, she was overwhelmed with joy after what had been a very hard three years. To give back to the community in such a meaningful way is both a dream and an extraordinary opportunity.

Dr. Walters-Badillo strives to lift San Antonio through education by opening doors with scholarships and championing oral health. This mission is deeply personal and inspired in part by her husband, Fernando Badillo, a San Antonio native who grew up in an underserved area of the city. That perspective has helped shape her commitment to give back and create lasting change where it is needed most. Through her reign, she hopes to leave a lasting legacy of education, service, and scholarship support for the great city of San Antonio.

She is married to Fernando Badillo, her rock and constant source of support, and is the proud dog mom to her beloved French bulldog, Chispa. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Walters-Badillo enjoys travel, sailing, art, and exploration. She is also an adventurous foodie who is always scoping out the next best restaurant. She brings that same curiosity, warmth, and strength of spirit to her role as La Reina Linda, where she proudly represents leadership, grace, and a life devoted to faith, service, and uplifting others.
